Dumpster Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Rental Period

Rental includes 7 days from delivery. Additional days are billed at $20 per day unless otherwise agreed.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due prior to or at delivery unless otherwise arranged.
Additional charges (overweight, extra days, prohibited items, trip charges, etc.) will be billed after pickup.

3. Weight Limits & Overage

Each dumpster includes tons as listed below:

30 Yard = 7 ton

20 Yard = 5 ton

Overages are charged at $60 per ton (or prorated).
Final weight is determined by landfill scale tickets.

4. Prohibited Materials

The following items are NOT allowed in the dumpster:

  • Tires

  • Paint, stains, solvents

  • Chemicals or hazardous waste

  • Asbestos or contaminated materials

  • Batteries

  • Appliances containing refrigerants

  • Any other restricted landfill items

If prohibited items are found, customer agrees to pay:

  • Disposal fees

  • Handling fees

  • Any penalties incurred

5. Access & Placement

Customer is responsible for:

  • Providing safe, clear access for delivery and pickup

  • Ensuring the location is suitable (level ground, no obstructions)

  • Obtaining any required permits

If driver cannot safely complete delivery or pickup:

  • A trip charge of $50 will apply

6. Property Damage

Dumpster placement may cause damage to:

  • Driveways

  • Pavement

  • Lawns

Customer accepts this risk unless protective measures are specifically requested and agreed to in advance.

Company is not responsible for damage to surfaces not designed to support heavy loads.

7. Loading Responsibility

Customer agrees to:

  • Not fill above the top edge of the dumpster

  • Distribute weight evenly

  • Not overload beyond safe hauling limits

Overfilled dumpsters may:

  • Not be picked up

  • Require offloading at customer expense

  • Be subject to additional charges

8. Cancellation & Changes

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee

  • Changes to delivery timing are subject to availability

9. Liability & Indemnification

Customer assumes responsibility for the dumpster and its contents once delivered.

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from use of the dumpster.

10. Agreement

By ordering service or submitting payment, customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
